Shipping
We can ship to virtually any address in the world.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on your location. Once an order ships you will be sent an email confirming the same along with the AWB Number for tracking the shipment.

When will my order ship?

Our order processing time is 2-4 business days. We ship worldwide using reliable courier services. Delivery time for shipments vary based on locations but are usually between 4-10 business days after the order ships.

International Customers (Outside India)

Customs and import duties may be applied to International orders when the shipment reaches its destination. Such charges are the responsibility of the recipient of the order and vary from country to country. Contact your local customs office for details.

Shipping laws are different in each country. It is your responsibility to check with your Customs office to verify whether the country to which you are shipping permits the shipment of your products and for any applicable duties and taxes. Ayras World is not responsible for any direct, indirect, punitive, or consequential damages that arise from improper international shipping practices.

All products are displayed as accurately as possible on our website.

 

Do you deliver or can I collect?

We do worldwide deliveries via reliable  courier partners. We are an ONLINE store only, all orders need to be placed online. We do not have a physical walk-in store. Please place your order on our website.

How do I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched we will email you a tracking number.

 

Can you source items which are not on your website?
If you are looking for a particular item which is not on our website, please email us and we may be able to source the item for you.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

At Ayras World, we take great care to ensure that all items delivered to our customers are in perfect condition. However, in rare cases, an item may get damaged during transit.

 

In such instances, we will replace the item at no extra cost, as long as the request for replacement is made within 7 business days of receipt of the order. Please note that returns or replacements will not be accepted if the product has been used. The product must be unused and returned to us in the condition it was received.

If you need to request a replacement, please email us your order number and the reason for the return on hello@ayrasworld.com.

 

We will confirm the return with you, after which you may ship the item back to us at your own cost and provide us with a tracking number. We will not be responsible for any items sent to us without our prior confirmation.

​

Refunds will be made in the same form as the original payment was received in and will be processed within 10 business days from the date of cancellation of the order.
